The Hemiwedge® Cartridge Valve is an innovative design that incorporates the positive features of ball, gate, plug, and high performance valves resulting in a mechanically sealing, tight shutoff valve with a simple operation that provides outstanding longevity and performance in a broad range of applications with virtually no maintenance.  While having unique features with measurable benefits is good, the real value that Hemiwedge Valve Corporation provides is the ability to engineer an optimal set of features that match the shutoff and operational needs of your particular application or process.  The Hemiwedge Valve is also very different in design allowing for repairs or maintenance without removing the valve from your pipeline. No more flange or gasket troubles, simply remove and replace the cartridge and you can then service the old cartridge for future use.
