- CD42 Pig Location and Tracking System is offered in several configurations for different diameter pipeline. CDI’s CD42 pipeline pig location and tracking system is the most sophisticated, accurate and simplest to use in the World. This rugged design has proven itself time and time again with over 13 years field use.
- The CD52 Bandit Non-Intrusive Pipeline Pig Passage Indicator (Pig Sig) can use either permanent magnets or active transmitters for detection. The CD52 Bandit is designed to detect pigs passing from 0.36 to 72 kph. The CDI non-intrusive pig sig has developed a strong reputation in the industry for its reliability and durability in even the harshest environments. The CD52 will record and store the date and time of your last ten pig passes. This pig sig can be interfaced to a wide variety of systems including SCADA, PLC’s, lights, horns, etc. Every unit is explosion-proof so can be used safely within a pipeline or facility.
- CDI’s LineStat is a stand-alone service that allows for user notification of pig passages and other types of events through emails or SMS text messages via a worldwide satellite network. When a pig passes any of CDI’s products they now have the ability through LineStat to transmit a notification to one or more users immediately — right to their email inbox, Blackberry, iPhone, etc.
- The TRAXALL SR100 satellite radios transmit GPS coordinates of the triggering system which LineStat uses to produce a detailed notification message. This message includes local time, time zone, GPS position, and an overhead satellite image of the system’s present location. The user may optionally follow an Internet link in the notification to an interactive Google Map of the current job. LineStat satellite radios may be fitted to any of CDI’s products, whether mobile or stationary, creating a new, powerful, and timely means of notifying field crews, management, and customers of your job’s progress.
